Born in 1964. Member of the Israel Bar since 1987.

Expert in the areas of administrative law, real estate law, evidence law and white-collar crimes.

Has vast experience in advising public companies, in rezoning of real estate and in appearances before the High Court of Justice.

President of the Peres Academic Center in Rehovot. Former Dean of the Faculty

of Law at Bar-Ilan University, and a Visiting Professor at Columbia University and the Cardozo Law School, both in New York. In the academic field, he specializes in mathematical formulations of legal thinking, law, evidence law, criminal law and jurisprudence.

A member of the International Journal of Law, Probability and Risk , published by Oxford University Press (since 1999).

Founder and Chairman of the Association of Friends of the “Ogen” Association, the Association for the Protection of Corruption Exposers (2004-2007).

Member of the Public Defender’s Committee, headed by the Minister of Justice (established by virtue of the Public Defender’s Law, 5755-1995) (2006-2014).
