Born in Tel Aviv, 1933. Admitted to Israel Bar Association in 1957. Education: Master of Law, the Hebrew University, with honors.

Mr. Abie Ne’eman was involved in initiating real estate projects, including “Azorei Chen”, “Ne’eman Towers’ in Tel Aviv and an urban renewal project in Einstein Street Tel Aviv and serves as a special manager for the Palm House in the Nachlat Binyamin complex in Tel Aviv. An attorney who is an experienced trustee in the field of real estate and land from handling numerous construction projects, both as an entrepreneur and as a lawyer, and from representing clients in dozens of different types of real estate transactions and the handling of different procedures in real estate.

Mr. Ne’eman served until recently as a director of “Hagush Hagadol” [the largest bloc] in Tel Aviv and secretary of the directors.

Served as a member of the Advisory Committee to the Bank of Israel (1982). In addition, he served as chairman of Beitar, deputy chairman of the Football Association (1969-1973), as chairman of the League for Israel-Ethiopia Relations (1968-1978) and as chairman of the League for Israeli-Spanish Relations (1972-1978) and chairman of the Rassco Construction Company (1981-1984). He currently serves as honorary consul of Serbia in Israel.
